Tranmere have been drawn at home to Morecambe in the Northern Section Quarter Finals of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

The tie will be played in the week commencing November 3.

The full Northern Section draw is as follows:

Rotherham v Leicester
Tranmere v Morecambe
Darlington v Bury
Scunthorpe v Rochdale

Rovers have only met the Shrimps once in competitive action, losing last season's Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie 1-0 at Prenton Park. The two sides have met many times in pre-season in recent years, with Ronnie Moore's side winning 2-1 this summer thanks to goals from Craig Curran and Terry Gornell.
